Please make sure to attach your CORRECT AND FULL NAME AND ADDRESS, customer has to come up for unnecessary costs due to mistakes etc. A refund of the articles (excluding shipping) is only guaranteed if the package returns back to us.

All parcels are sent within the approriate customs regulations such as "CN22" and "CN23" for the shipping outside EU and oversea. The customer is responsible to be informed about customs regulations in his or her country and to follow instructions by their respective shipping service.
